Tapioca pearls - quick cooking for the preparation of Bubble Tea. Preparation of tapioca pearls: 1- Immerse the tapioca pearls in boiling water (10 volumes of water for 1 volume of pearls) and stir slowly. 2- Once the pearls have risen to the surface, cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. 3- Turn off the heat and leave the pearls in the water for 2-3 minutes. 4- Remove the Tapioca pearls using a small strainer and rinse them in cold water. 5- In a dry container, you can then mix your tapioca pearls with a sweet solution, syrup or honey depending on the flavor you want to give it.
