Melt into a world of adventure with our bars, truffles and sea salt caramels. Transform cakes and desserts with our cooking chocolates, that are used by top chefs like Ottolenghi. Luxuriate in our award winning hot chocolate. Everything we do is about flavour, so we make our chocolate in small batches, taking up to 21 days at low temperatures (industrial chocolate takes a few hours). We never add vanilla or lecithin as they would hide the precious flavours of the beans. We make everything from scratch. Even roasting and grinding whole hazelnuts to get that freshly roasted taste in our truffles. And we make our Salted Caramel just as you would in a restaurant, clarifying the butter, caramelising the sugar and adding Devon double cream. Willie Harcourt-Cooze, cacao farmer, pioneer and chocolate fanatic has changed how millions of people around the world think about chocolate. He started out buying a cocoa farm in Venezuela 20 years ago, and set up the UK’s first artisan ‘bean to bar’ chocolate factory in 2008. Ethically sourced - Direct Trade. Being a cocoa farmer himself, Willie puts the farmers at the heart of how he does business, buying all his cacao Direct Trade, paying a higher price premium than Fair Trade.
