Biscottificio Belli srl was founded in 1958 as a small family-run business focused on creating traditional confectionery products such as the famous "Cantuccini" and "Amarettini alla mandorla." Over the years, while keeping its recipes unchanged, the company expanded and managed to consolidate its business by carefully investing in technological solutions to improve its production processes, currently exporting to over 40 countries worldwide. Particular emphasis is placed on the company's flagship product: the Tuscan Almond Cantuccino, made according to very strict recipe parameters that include a strong presence of high-quality raw materials, with special attention to the almond and butter content. The dedication with which Biscottificio Belli srl pursues its mission to offer the authentic Tuscan Cantuccino is such that the company is strongly committed to protecting this product from those who distort its key characteristics with inappropriate recipes that deviate from traditional logic. The ideal culmination of this initiative was the IGP certification of the Tuscan Cantuccino at the community level. Our staff, guided by highly experienced pastry chefs, always dedicates time to experimenting with new recipes and enhancing the classic heritage of Italian biscuit-making.
