Des Hommes et des Boeuf is the story of two young entrepreneurs who share the same desire: to offer fine charcuterie made from French beef of prestigious quality, with exemplary traceability to the satisfaction of all! Samuel, the breeder, started by choosing a beef breed known for its meat: the Angus, whose marbling is fine and subtle! Livestock management is respectful. The animals are born and raised in the near Picardy region where they graze on the grass almost all year round, in the open air! Andréa, for her part, is responsible for the overall management of the project, from the creation of 100% beef charcuterie products to their marketing. Sausages, rillettes and cooked dishes are gradually produced. A partnership with farmers from Auvergne was created later, to offer a range of Salers/Aubrac beef charcuterie. The enthusiasm is real in butchers, delicatessens, cheese shops, delicatessens and wine cellars, and even abroad: Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal. Eight years already, it's been going on for eight years! In a spirit of conviviality and sharing, Samuel and Andréa regularly organize a meeting on exploitation with professional customers. Des Hommes et des Bis every year at the Made In France show! Customers are more and more numerous, and fans of beef sausage are loyal.
