How to capture leads in person
Faire Direct link
From the Menu tab, select the QR code on the top right corner. Customers can scan your Faire Direct QR code and automatically qualify for 0% commission if they order from you within 12 months, whether or not they order using your Faire Direct link.
You can also share your Faire Direct link via text, email, or other apps by tapping the Share Faire Direct Link button.
Manual entry
If you're adding a lead to your customer list without using the Faire Direct QR code in the brand app, you will need to follow the steps below to qualify for 0% commission:
- From the Menu tab, you can select Customers.
- Select the + icon on the Customers page.
- Enter the customer’s email address. Select Next.
- We’ll automatically fill in the customer details if the retailer is already on Faire.
- Add the customer’s details, including the store name and contact name. Select Save customer.
- Go into the Faire web browser and send that customer a Faire Direct invitation or Faire email campaign.
- Please note, adding a customer into your customer list alone does not qualify them for 0% commission. For a relationship to qualify for 0% commission, you need to have encouraged that retailer to place an order with you through your Faire Direct link. We recommend sending retailers in your customer list an email campaign through Faire’s Campaigns tool every 3 months, so they automatically qualify for 0% commission.

Can multiple users access a brand account on the app at the same time?
Yes, multiple people can use your brand’s login in the Faire app at the same time. This is helpful for sales reps who want to write orders from their phones while at market or meeting with retailers.
If you want to track who submitted an order, reps can add their name in the Order notes field before submitting.
