Faire Market Guide

In this guide

Mark your calendars for the biggest online buying event in independent retail, Faire Market! There’s no need to step away from your day-to-day business - join thousands of retailers and brands who come together at our online buying event. The best part? Faire will match brand promotions to help you score better deals for your customers!

When is the next Faire Market?

We’re excited to be celebrating Faire Market with you! The next Faire Market will be held July 21-23, 2026. Market specials are available to all retailers starting at 12:00 am EDT on July 21, 2026, until 11:59 pm EDT on July 23, 2026.

If you are a member of Insider, Faire's membership program, you’ll get one day of exclusive early access to shop market specials starting on July 20, 2026, at 12:00 am EDT. Faire will match promotions for all four days of the market, including Insider early access day. To learn more about the Insider membership program, including program eligibility, visit How does Insider work for European retailers?, How does Insider work for North American retailers?, and How does Insider work for Australian retailers?

To our friends in Australia: Our universal start and end dates are currently based on Eastern Daylight Time. This means that the market will start at 4:00 pm on July 21 and end at 3:59 pm on July 24 in Australia.

We are unable to honor a promotion match if an order is placed before or after the Market deadline.

How can I see which brands are offering market promotions?

You can start planning for Faire Market and keep track of the brands you want to shop ahead of the event by adding them to your market list in your Faire account, available in late June 2026.

How to create my market list?

  1. Click the Create my market list link in the announcement banner at the top of your home page.
    • You can also access the market directory from your market list by clicking Discover more brands in the page header.
  2. Brands participating in the market will have a ‘snowflake’ icon displayed on their feature image. Click the button shown on the brand’s feature image + Add to list.

If a brand has already been added to your market list, you’ll see instead On my list.

How does promotion matching work during Faire Market?

Faire will match a brand’s market discount up to 5% for all eligible orders placed during the event dates. For example, if the brand offers a promotion for 5% off, Faire will match it at 5%, giving you a total discount of 10% off your order. If the brand offers a promotion for 15% off, Faire’s 5% match would make it a total discount of 20% off your order.

Where can I view market promotions applied to my order?

You’ll have the ability to view market promotions applied to orders in your account in the following areas:

  • Brand’s shop page: From the brand’s shop page, during the event, you will see a banner showing their market promotion(s). This banner shows the total discount % you would receive on your order, including both the brand’s promotion % + Faire’s 5% match
  • Shopping bag: After adding items to your shopping bag, during the event, you will see the market promotion and Faire’s match itemized as it applies to your order.
  • Checkout drop-down: From your main Shopping bag page, during the event, you can also click the Checkout drop-down menu to view which brands in your bag are offering a market promotion along with Faire’s % promotion match.

Checkout page: On the Checkout page, during the event, you’ll see the brand’s market promotion % as well as Faire’s promotion match % itemized in the Order Summary.

How do I add a promo code along with a market promotion?

At checkout, you can enter the promo code, and as long as the promo code is valid and your order qualifies for the promotion, it will be applied in addition to the market promotion discounts.

What should I do to prepare for the market?

In addition to creating your market list, available late June 2026, we suggest reviewing your account status to make sure that you’re able to seamlessly place orders during the event dates. If you have invoices that are past due, your checkout may be disabled and could take up to 5 business days to be reinstated after bringing your account current.

Make sure your payment terms balance is up to date

If you are planning to use your payment terms balance to place orders during the market, be sure to review your net terms limit amount ahead of time.

We recommend paying any outstanding invoices prior to the event dates, as there may be a delay in the restoration of your payment terms balance depending on the payment method you use for payment. When you pay off an invoice, that paid amount is returned to your available payment terms, and you can continue to place more orders using this buy now, pay later structure. For more about payments, visit How do I pay my invoices?

For ACH payments from your bank account, it can take up to five business days for the ACH payment to be successfully completed via Faire. Once an ACH payment is started, there is no way for us to interrupt it. Once the payment has been received/finalized from your bank, our system will update the invoice to “complete” if the payment is successful, and update your net terms balance.

For credit or debit card payments, once the payment is successful, your payment terms balance will be restored, which is usually instantaneous. If your payment fails or is declined, your balance will not be updated until a successful payment is received via Faire.

How can I increase my payment terms limit?

If you’d like to request an increase to your payment terms limit, we recommend doing so ahead of the market, as it can take 3-7 business days for our team to review and respond to your request. If you've applied for an increase within the last 3 months, your account may not be eligible for a limit increase at this time. For more about requesting a limit increase, visit How do net 60 terms work?

How can I apply for payment terms?

If you’d like to apply for net terms, please click the Account dropdown menu and fill out the application by clicking Apply for net terms.

If you are eligible for payment terms, we will not charge your payment method until 60 days after you place an order. If the order takes more than 14 days to ship, your invoice will be due 60 days after the ship date instead. Spending limits apply. We will auto-charge your default payment method 60 days after the purchase date. For more information about paying for orders, visit How do I pay for orders?
