Raaka skips the roasting step, so our chocolate is bright, bold, and fruity -- never burnt. Taste notes of deep, dark, floral and fruity single origin cacao. CACAO ORIGIN: Zorzal Cacao, Dominican Republic Note: This product is NOT intended for retail sale. This is bulk ground chocolate couverture for use in baking, cooking, and cafe applications (mochas/hot chocolates). Easily meltable, up to 1/8 inch pieces.
