Andrea Slitti is now considered one of the most important artisan chocolatiers in the world. His adventure with cocoa starts from the experience gained in roasting family coffee, and it was precisely coffee, his only teacher, that led him into the world of chocolate and who was able to give him the experience to create balanced, round, and aromatic blends. An expert cocoa sorter, he entrusts his palate with the creation of his recipes, always prepared with obsessive attention, without neglecting any detail. His skill and artistic vein have led him to win all the most prestigious international chocolate competitions to date, forming an enviable list of gold medals. The company was founded in 1969 as a Coffee Roaster, standing out in its territory for the quality of the product. In 1989, when their sons Andrea and Daniele joined the company, production expanded, including the processing of cocoa. Passion, skill, and continuous research lead to the creation of innovative and unique products that distinguish us in the world of chocolate. The first successes in international chocolate competitions were not long in coming, bringing the company to the attention of the media and to the increasing demand for its products. This leads the company to rapid development and to the need, on the part of the family, to create a new laboratory, which came into operation in 2012.
