Our overseas warehouse will be on holiday from January 19th to February 7th. During this period, we will continue accepting orders but will not be able to process or ship them. To ensure timely delivery, especially for Valentine’s Day orders, please place your orders by January 18th. Normal operations will resume on February 8th. Thank you for your understanding! Starting as a manufacturer Member from Oct. 22nd, 2013, we closed the showroom and warehouse in LA after 2020, and processed orders in overseas warehouses and ships from there directly. Customer Service and Shipping Department Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. PST Closed Saturday & Sunday Return Policy All merchandise must be counted and carefully inspected upon receipt. All claims or demands for defective merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt. All returns require an RA # (Return Authorization #) from us for your claim to be processed. All credits will be applied as store credit. Credit Card refunds cannot be issued. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns.Prepaid return shipping will only be provided for defective merchandise. In case the following scenarios were occurred and we decided to accept --- 1) Returned without an RA #; 2) Past the Grace Period; 3) Returned without its original packaging; There will be an additional 15% restocking fee applied for any items returned under such conditions.
