What is Faire Source?

Faire Source is a new way for US-based Insider retailers to shop from a curated group of brands with a single low order minimum and free shipping.


Who can participate in Faire Source?

Faire Source is currently a beta program. Only select Insider retailers in the continental US can place Faire Source orders.

If Faire Source is available to you, you'll see Faire Source in your category navigation dropdown in the top left corner of your Faire account, under Featured Brands.


Is there an order minimum?

Yes, there is a $100 minimum to place a Faire Source order. You can meet this minimum by ordering products from one or more participating brands.


Can I mix brands in a single Faire Source order?

Yes, you can mix and match products from any participating Faire Source brands to place a single order.


What do I pay for shipping?

Shipping on Faire Source orders is covered by your Insider free shipping.


How fast will my Faire Source order ship?

Most Faire Source orders will ship within 3 days.

Some items like custom or backordered products, may fall outside the scope of Faire Source and could ship separately or take longer.


What brands are included in Faire Source?

Faire Source is currently in pilot, so only a limited number of brands are participating.

Participating brands will be tagged with Faire Source on their brand page. These brands have opted into the program and can opt out at any time. As we continue to expand this program the mix of brands may change.

If your cart is eligible for Faire Source benefits, it will be indicated during checkout. Some scenarios where Faire Source benefits don’t apply include:

  • Items from Sale Collections inventory
  • Products that don't meet program eligibility


Who fulfills Faire Source orders?

Faire Source orders are fulfilled by Faire through a central warehouse to ensure quick and accurate delivery. Participating brands send inventory to a central warehouse where storage, packing, shipping, returns, and order issues are all handled on their behalf. Fulfilled by Faire is a pilot program available to select brands in the continental U.S.


Who do I contact if I have an issue with a Faire Source order?

If you have any issues with your Faire Source order, please contact Faire support through our Help Center. For any product or brand specific questions, we still recommend contacting the brand over messenger.


What happens if my Insider membership ends?

You must have an active Insider membership to place Faire Source orders. If your Insider membership ends:

  • You can still order from participating brands individually
  • You won’t be eligible for Faire Source or Insider benefits
  • Any Faire Source orders already placed will still be fulfilled with your Insider benefits

How are the costs of Faire Source benefits covered?

Faire covers most of the costs for Faire Source benefits, including free shipping. In some cases, brands may cover the cost if they have a Faire Direct relationship with you.




Faire reserves the right to modify or cancel the Faire Source program at any time.

Faire, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate brands and retailers from participating in the Faire Source program and suspend or terminate your Faire Source benefits. For example, we may take such action in the event of fraud, error, or or if you violate the Faire Terms of Service. If your Faire account is terminated or suspended for any reason, you will no longer be able to participate in Faire Source and all related benefits will cease.
