As a result, the applicable sales tax obligations for transactions on our platform shift from Brands to Faire, based on applicable state laws. These sales tax obligations include:
- The collection of resale certificates from retailers.
- Reporting sales that take place on our platform.
- Collecting / remitting sales tax (if required).
