An organic chestnut purée made in France with a single ingredient: organic chestnut from Ardèche AOP, that's it! No preservatives, naturally gluten-free, 100% organic and vegan. Our chestnut purée is produced at the gates of the Ardèche Cévennes, in the Monts d'Ardèche regional natural park (classified Natura 2000) within a centuries-old traditional chestnut grove. It is made with a variety of chestnuts traditional in the Cevennes and with fine and sweet flesh, the “Petite Pourette”. In this way, we value producers and Ardèche know-how. We love it to cook savory preparations (hummus, soups, sauces, etc.) or sweet (brownie, fondant, cakes) because it brings a good chestnut taste very subtly sweet without any addition of sugar.
