The olive oil in this batch was harvested and pressed from a family owned farm in the ancient land of Sparta, Greece. The family behind this delicious liquid gold, have been making olive oil for generations. Their land is biodiverse, untouched by any chemicals or pesticides, making for a traditional and pure olive oil. Their biodiverse practices encourage plants to bloom and wildlife to thrive. This in turn, enriches the taste of the oil with flavours of the land. This olive oil was pressed from black olives of the native Greek variety: Koroneiki. By using black olives, we are ensuring that the oil is very smooth and has a fruity and delicate taste.
