Pierce through joints and tendons with the pointed tip. Divots along the blade let slices fall from the blade. The blade is sharp, hard, and built to withstand the salty, acidic kitchen environment. It has a Rockwell Hardness rating of 58+, so it keeps an edge for longer. The ink-black titanium coating gives it stealth and sex appeal, as well as added corrosion resistance.
