My name is Federico and, thanks to the help of my wife Francesca and our little ones Ludovica and Matilde, I go to the laboratory every day to create a sincere, clean, ethical, unique chocolate. My mission is to exercise daily, in the laboratory as in life, of respect, sincerity, patience. In a world that with frenzy tries to standardize everything, with our chocolate we want to rediscover the value of simplicity and time, showing that quality raw materials, worked patiently and with respect, give each of us a complexity of aromas and fragrances. For a unique sensory journey! Perhaps not everyone knows that the chocolate industry is one of the least ethical and sustainable realities for our planet. LIM was born with a goal: to demonstrate how it is possible to do business in an ethical and sustainable way. LIM chocolate is the end result of a chain of collaborations and synergies that bases its roots in professional respect and human of people, from the cocoa farmer to the final consumer. Chocolate is a tool with which we strive, in our small way, to improve the days: for the bean growers, who can finally grow and live with dignity; for us who transform them with passion doing what we like every day; for you who taste it to share your happiness, or simply to feel better! Slowly, steadily, one tablet at a time!
