In 2014, Marc Cazaux, Doctor of Biology, decided in his garage to take up the challenge of cultivating high-quality spirulina, 100% French and resolutely eco-responsible. Today Hélica employs several dynamic people with various profiles (Doctor, Pharmacist, Graphic Designer, Sales Representative...) in the South-West of France. We grow our spirulina following two objectives: -Quality: High nutritional value (up to 74% protein), neutral taste and odor (finally a spirulina pleasant to eat!) , pure, without pesticides or GMOs. -Respect: Innovative and eco-responsible cultivation (less water used, green energy), packaging in glass jars appreciated by our customers. Since 2022, to complement spirulina we also offer other natural dietary supplements always with a concern for quality: Magnesium and Acerola.
