Conservas Los Peperetes began its journey in the early 90s, when Jesús Lorenzo, a descendant of the first Galician canners, and his wife Mª Antonia Paz, an excellent cook, took the first step on the exciting path that would lead the Lorenzo Paz family to create Los Peperetes. The sole purpose of this path was none other than to create an exclusive and highest quality canning brand in which the origin of the raw material and every aspect of the production process were taken care of in detail, as was done in the past. A 100% artisanal canning workshop, located in a privileged enclave, in the fishing town of Carril, that would highlight the quality of the delicacies offered by the Rías Gallegas. Our mission is to be present at people's happiest moments through the palate. To become the canning company most valued by consumers and restaurant professionals.
