POP Mustards is a collaboration between Michael Januska of award Winning Old Brooklyn Mustards & James Beard award winning Iron Chef Michael Symon. Michael Januska is truly a master of mustard. His desire to find a mustard to complement the cheeses he produced for his Cleveland cheese shop, Old Brooklyn Cheese Company led him to create a mustard that had contrasting textures and flavors. The use of whole seed mustards lead him to the style of mustard with the POP that Januska could not find available to him.
