We are a manufactory that is exclusively dedicated to the production of tahini. Tahina is an integral part of Eastern Mediterranean cuisine. Tahina is mainly used for hummus, but can also be enjoyed as a tasty dip or turned into a salad dressing. The paste ground from roasted sesame seeds is rich in important nutrients and vitamins and refines every meal. We only use carefully selected organic sesame seeds, as an ecologically compatible cultivation of sesame protects the soil and gives the sesame seed its full flavor. Short distances from the production site to consumers are ecologically sustainable and make it possible to enjoy Yuval's tahina “fresh from the mill”. The sesame is traditionally peeled, gently roasted and then ground in a stone mill. In this way, the wide variety of healthy nutrients contained in each individual sesame seed is preserved and the tasty aromas can fully develop to give the tahina its unique taste. Read their story
