In 1960, when the world was racing towards the city and industrialization, Angelo Traldi chose the serenity and well-being of the countryside and, with a countercurrent choice, bought the farm in Vetralla, in the green and lush Tuscia. Today, her daughter Elisabetta Traldi and her niece Francesca Boni are the heirs of this vision, where love and respect for the olive tree are lived with authentic dedication to the beauty of nature and the creation of unique experiences, capable of involving all the senses. Our oils are the authentic expression of the olive cultivars present in our olive grove and represent a masterpiece created together with Nature, by our dedication and expertise. Athos, Elektia and Eximius are the names chosen for Traldi Oil, a tribute to the Greek, Etruscan and Roman origins that founded the olive culture of a territory nestled between the Tarquinia Sea and the Viterbo hills, which offers ideal conditions for a high-profile extra virgin olive oil. With our oil, our olives and our fruit, we create, in collaboration with selected laboratories, exclusive gastronomy products and natural cosmetics.
