Portuguese for “gold”, the brand’s name came as inspiration from her own. As luck would have it, the name fit the mission perfectly: to set the gold standard for what candles should be. Jayne let this mission guide her as she sourced ingredients, tested products, and carefully created the essence of the brand. Every OURO candle is carefully poured by hand in Los Angeles, California.
