Today, the company is still managed by the Morelli family. - Unique: The characteristic that makes Morelli pasta unique is the wheat germ that is reintegrated into the pasta mix. The wheat germ is the heart of the wheat grain, rich in flavor and active nutrient ingredients. - Production: The pasta is still produced using old traditional methods, starting with the careful selection of the best durum wheat semolina. The pasta is kneaded slowly and dried at low temperatures in compliance with Italian food and health regulations (ISO22000 — IFS FOOD). - Range of pasta: Morelli produces a wide range of pasta: Classic pasta with wheat germ, paccheri, spaghetti, penne...
