The Bramardi company is located in Cervasca near Cuneo in Piedmont in Northwest Italy where, in the early forties, the founder Giovanni Bramardi, after a long experience as a pastry chef in Paris, opened an artisan workshop for the production of chocolates. The passion for chocolate has led the Bramardi management to select the best cocoa origins such as Central and South America, Madagascar and Ghana and the best qualities such as Criollo and Trinitario for create a blend that gives chocolate a unique and unmistakable taste. The combination of the best ingredients with purely artisanal processes has allowed us to achieve a perfect balance of aromas and flavors. The world of Bramardi sweetness takes shape in many forms: the traditional Cuneo, the gianduiotti, the sweet truffles, the cremini, the gianduja cream and... many other delicacies. Over time, the company has grown and in addition to the historic Cervasca store, it has three other stores owned in Cuneo and its province.
