It is unfortunate that certain customers who have left negative feedbacks seem to be intentionally targeting our small business, even though the tracking information clearly indicates that the deliveries have been made. We would like to emphasize that certain delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping centers like FedEx or Australia Post. The responsibility for delivery times ultimately lies with the shipping carriers, and we cannot guarantee the exact timeframes.
