Founded in 2021 by Samuel Schiffer, a 12 year veteran of the LA food scene, Mister Parmesan is a clashing together of food, apparel, pop art, and mid century design that you get to wear on your head. Our products are designed, sourced, and embroidered in small batches. We work with other small businesses locally in Los Angeles, CA and are committed to doing business locally and ethically. We operate on a production to-order model. You place your order and we make it a la carte. While the result of this is a longer lead time, it allows us to offer our entire catalog at once rather than just what we're able to keep on hand.
