Fondoliva farm name come from the area in which is located, testifying the close relationship with the territory. Fondoliva is historically a valley, near Scicli, where the thick foliage of olive and carob trees characterize the landscape, thanks to the presence of the perfect climatic conditions for the growth and ripening of their fruits. Sun, wind and water have made these lands the perfect habitat for these crops, along with many other products of nature. Our company, albeit of a young constitution, has its origins at the beginning of the last century from the agricultural tradition of our family, engaged in the production of 100% natural olive oil and many other earth products. Over the years younger plants have been added to the secular olive trees using local cultivars - tonda iblea, verdese and moresca - to respect the times of nature and not to force production with chemicals. For this reason Fondoliva farm has already embarked on the process for the certification of the Organic that will allow us to formalize a cornerstone of our family culture : EAT HEALTHY! Under the same principle, in the last period we have started the cultivation of aromatic herbs, whose beneficial properties are well known both in the food and for body care.
