The name ‘Snapper Rock’ comes from a legendary swimming, surfing and fishing spot in the Bay of Islands, in New Zealand. Our founder and CEO, Liz Eglinton, lives in Auckland, New Zealand and grew up looking out onto the island of Snapper Rock.
