Payments & taxes

How do I add a SEPA direct debit account?

SEPA is available for intra-European retailers in Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Ireland, Luxembourg, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Slovakia and Slovenia.

  1. Go to Settings and select Payment methods.
  2. Select Add payment method and choose SEPA Direct Debit as the payment method.
  3. Enter your bank account details:
    1. Account Holder’s name
    2. Account Number (IBAN)
  4. Confirm the details and select Add to save the payment method.

Once added, you'll receive a SEPA balance that you can spend using this payment method. Adding new SEPA accounts does not increase your total SEPA balance.

For more information on accepted payment methods, visit What payment methods are accepted in the EU?
