How do I add a BACS direct debit account?

BACS is available to retailers based in the United Kingdom.

  1. Go to Settings and select Payment methods.
  2. Select Add payment method and choose BACS as the payment method.
  3. Enter your bank account details:
    1. Account Holder’s name
    2. Bank Account Number
    3. Sort Code
    4. Email address
  4. You must select: I confirm that my account is in my name and I am the only signatory required to authorize the direct debit on this account.
  5. Select continue to save your bank account details.

Adding a BACS account will assign you a balance for use, but adding additional accounts does not increase that balance. If you link an invalid BACS account, you may receive a payment failure notification before your invoice due date.
