You may be eligible to extend the window to request a return for orders placed using net terms for an additional fee of 3% of your order total. Eligibility depends on your account and order history. If eligible, you will see the option to extend your return window directly in your portal. Please note that you can only request an extension before your original return window closes.
Orders placed with payment on shipment are not eligible for return window extensions.
How do I extend my return window?
To extend your return due date, follow the steps below:
1. Under your Account dropdown located in the top right corner, select Orders and scroll to the order you'd like to extend.
2. Under the product images you will see the date your returns are eligible until and the option to Extend Return Date.
3. By clicking on Extend Return Date, a pop-up window will surface where you can confirm the additional 3% fee that will be added to your order. If all looks good, select Extend.
Can I extend my return shipping deadline?
Once you request a return, it must be shipped back by your return deadline. Each return you request will have a "Ship By" date listed on the return packing slip. If the return hasn’t been shipped by the return shipping deadline, the items are added back to your invoice.
At this time, since the deadline for sending back your returns is determined by the date your return is requested in your portal, we are unable to extend this date to accommodate late shipments.
We encourage you to drop your return off to the carrier within the timeframe allotted. That way we are able to process your return within your deadline and are able to refund you accordingly.
