We’re a wholesale marketplace that sells to retailers who purchase goods for resale, as well as businesses that purchase goods for their own use. You must sign up for an account in order to buy on Faire.
Who is eligible to buy on Faire?
If you operate a brick & mortar, online shop, consistent pop-up, or another type of business, you can sign up for a Faire account. Faire supports both retail businesses purchasing products for resale and businesses purchasing products for their own use. However, we don’t support purchases for personal use or redistribution. How do I sign up for a Faire account?
To create your account to buy wholesale on Faire:
- Go to Faire and select Sign up to buy on the top right.
- Fill out the sign up form by providing information about your business.

Be prepared to share the following information for your account verification:
- First and last name
- Store type
- Business email address
- Store name
- Years in business
- Annual sales
- Business registration details (Ex: GST/HST/BN number, etc.)

We require that you provide accurate, current, and complete information about your business during the registration process and keep us up to date on any changes. In order to buy on Faire, retailers must comply with our Retailer Terms of Service.
How do I verify my account?
The verification process starts after you place your first order on Faire. This process helps us confirm that your business meets Faire's wholesale buying eligibility criteria. Most accounts are reviewed and verified within 1 business day, and you can continue browsing and placing orders while your verification is underway.

What happens if my order is "On Hold"?
If your account is under review after you place your first order, your order may be temporarily marked as "On Hold". This status is normal and expected - it means that we sent you a request for additional information about your business to finalize the verification of your account.
If your order is placed on hold:
- We will notify you via email and a notification in your Faire portal that we require additional documentation (e.g., business license, social media links, VAT, reseller ID).
- Avoid cancelling your order during this time as cancelling an on hold order may prevent us from completing verification and could delay future orders.
- Once you submit the requested information, our team will review your submission - typically within 1 business day.
- You'll be notified via email as soon as the review is complete.
- Once verified, your order will move forward and begin processing immediately.
How do I place my first wholesale order on Faire?
Once your account is set up, you can start shopping right away. All products on Faire are charged at the listed wholesale cost.
To place your first order:
- Browse products and brands: To explore discovery features in more detail, visit How do I find the best products for my store?
- Add items to your cart: From any product listing, select the quality you want and choose Add to cart. You can view your cart at any time using the cart icon.
- Complete checkout: Go to your cart and review your selections and choose Proceed to checkout and select Place order.
Once your account verification takes place, you’ll be charged for orders according to the selected payment option at checkout.
What currency will I be charged in on Faire?
Prices are listed and charged in the local currency for your country.
Ex: If you’re based in Canada, you’ll see $ and be charged in CAD. If you’re based in the UK, you’ll see £ and be charged in GBP.

You can use search filters and discovery tools to locate brands and products that match your business needs:

What are the MSRP and RRP pricing requirements for reselling Faire products?
Products purchased on Faire must be resold at or above the price set by the brand.
In the US and Canada, this is the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP).
In Europe and Australia, this is the recommended retail price (RRP).
However, you may choose to resell products at a higher price if you decide to increase your markup. You can find the MSRP or RRP for a product on its listing page before placing an order.
Can I use Faire for dropshipping?
No, Faire does not support dropshipping. We’re a wholesale platform where products are sent directly to businesses. Resellers purchase products to sell to their customers through a brick & mortar shop, online store, or consistent pop-up. Businesses purchasing for their own use must also receive products at a valid, physical business address.
