This brandy can be consumed plain or diluted in water. It will also bring freshness and finesse to your desserts or cooked dishes. This eau-de-vie is obtained by macerating green anise seeds from organic agriculture in organic wheat brandy. Distillation in our Holstein still allows us to obtain a fine eau-de-vie with refreshing notes. Once distilled, the alcohol is aged (minimum 1 to 3 months). 50 cl, 20 cl and 5 cl transparent glass bottles. Bottling and labelling are done manually.
