The set includes a 12" Pizza Pan (0.8mm weight) and a 12" Perforated Pizza Pan (0.6mm weight). The pans feature our exclusive ceramic non-stick easy release baking surface. The ceramic coating is Lead Free, Cadmium Free, PTFE Free, PFOA Free and PFOS Free. The non-stick coating is heat resistant to 450 F. Both pizza pans can be used in conventional and most toaster ovens. The exterior dimensions of the pizza pan are 12.75" x 12.75" x 0.5". The exterior dimensions of the perforated pan are 12.5" x 12.5" x 0.5". The pizza pan can be used for pizzas and other appetizers. The holes in the 12" perforated pan help circulate air making ideal for pizza and garlic bread. The non-stick coating is easy to clean. After use just wipe or scrub softly and the food should slide off easily. Dry with a soft kitchen towel. Oven and toaster oven safe. Do not use in a microwave.
