SoyHive was established by Maria-Laura De Loore, a passionate advocate of interior design and a dedicated plant enthusiast residing in the heart of Ghent, Belgium. Back in 2020, I embarked on the journey of candle making as a mere hobby, only to realize soon after that I found immense joy in crafting with my own hands. Through this creative process, I discovered a means to find solace and tranquility. Driven by a desire to bring something more than just a candle into existence, I set out to create SoyHive—an exquisite blend of aesthetics and natural craftsmanship. Our products are not only visually pleasing but are also crafted using purely natural elements. Our candles are meticulously handcrafted with 100% natural soy wax, which has been approved by bees themselves due to the tiny purple flowers produced by soy plants. Each creation is infused with love and made right here in Ghent.
