About Simply jam LLC

In 2012, with a bumper crop of jalapenos in our garden and not knowing what to do with them, we were introduced to jalapeno pepper jam by a dear family friend. It was love at first bite and we began handcrafting our own jalapeno jam and found, to our delight, that when given as a gift to neighbors and family they repeatedly asked for more. By the end of 2013 we had tweaked our recipe and were selling at local Christmas and holiday craft fairs. The beginning of 2015 saw us selling our jam at local farms and larger festivals and we became fully licensed in 2016. Now the expanding love of our jam has carried us into over 50 retail stores throughout Connecticut, central Massachusetts and the lower Hudson valley in NY as well as an established and expanding internet presence. From the very beginning we made a conscious decision to use only quality ingredients and grow a business where our family personally oversees the manufacture and distribution of all of our products. Each jar is carefully crafted and inspected before being offered for sale. We use NO artificial sweeteners, colors or preservatives and every jar is gluten Free, fat free, nut Free and soy free.
