Based on the core ingredients of a traditional Thai Sriracha (with our twist), this hot sauce is an excellent all-around condiment. Drizzle over salads or spread under the cheese for cheese on toast. Add to a stir fry, create mayo dips or add to your marinades for a chilli kick. Ingredients: Roasted Red Pepper, Dark Soft Brown Sugar, Fermented Scotch Bonnet Chilli (0.9%), Garlic, Lime Juice, Cider Vinegar, Salt, Paprika, Black Pepper.
