Our Breathe Easy aromatherapy shower steamers use the power of peppermint, eucalyptus and lavender essential oils together with menthol to quickly unblock your sinuses and ease congestion when you have a cold or hay fever. Available in a stylish canister of 10 or handy travel pack of 4 individual steamers. (Sometimes we are unable to source the metal lid canisters and therefore you may receive a twist style kraft lid instead). Each steamer weighs approximately 28g and as long as you don't place it in the direct flow of water, should last for approximately 10 minutes. You can control how fast the steamer dissolves by moving it closer to or further away from the direct flow of water. For longer showers you may need to use two steamers.
