I was pregnant with my first child in 2016 when I read about the amount of toxins in our commercial skincare products that gets absorbed into the bloodstream. Because of this, I began my study of natural ingredients, then swapped toxic traditional skincare products with my own creations made from clean and recognisable ingredients for my family, one at a time. During this process, I have also learnt to slow down and enjoy the gifts that our nature brings, and practised being intentional in the way I care for myself and others. Little Balm is for everyone, and anyone, to be inspired to pause from the busyness of life and care for their skin and well being. My creations are handcrafted in small batches to minimise waste, with quality clean and fair-trade ingredients that are sourced locally wherever possible. They are housed in eco-conscious packaging that are either compostable or recyclable, and then shipped in compostable shipping packaging and delivered via carbon neutral couriers.
