Growing up my mom would make all of my birthday cakes - she taught herself how to decorate by following 90's cake decorating magazines. I used to love flipping through them as a kid - and when I discovered that these magazines existed in the 50's, 60's, 70's & 80's I started collecting every annual edition. I was so taken with the colors, the design & the technique that I started to teach myself the art of cake decorating. I never wanted to have a bakery - I looked at these pieces as art. Since 2019 I've been working as a specialty dessert stylist - but I also have been brainstorming ways to bring these cakes and art pieces into peoples homes. Every piece of merchandise that I offer started with a handmade cake or dessert inspired by cakes and techniques of yesterday. They are then photographed, edited, and printed in the form of washi tapes, keychains, prints, magnets, stickers, etc. I hope to be able to expand into gift wrapping & more - to make all aspects of your day to day even sweeter.
