We recover spent grain, cereals from the brazing of beer, to enhance it in some of our crackers. Our entire range is available in bulk and we have a local supply of 90 to 99%. Our crackers are vegan (except the cheese one) and everything is produced in our workshop in Laeken, from the cooking of the confits to the final packaging.
