Carol McEwan is a Dundee based, Scottish artist who is inspired by the landscapes of Scotland to create modern, affordable wall art for the home. Before going full time as an artist, Carol previously worked in the fashion industry so is used to working closely with retailers and keeping up with trends. Carol creates the giclée art prints from her original photographs, using digital collage techniques. The photographs are layered with textures, colours and brush strokes to create more mood and atmosphere which results in a more abstract, painted effect. Currently Carol McEwan Art is stocked in galleries, gift and home decor shops in Dundee, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Lanarkshire & Perthshire. Carol also sells direct to customers through her own website which has been a great way to get customer feedback. Many happy customers appreciate the beautiful artwork and high quality prints, as well as great customer service.
