When different experiences and cultures meet, unique results arrive. Gianfranco Zaccagni was the pasta maker jealous of his recipe and his bronze dies, some of which were even centenary, who transmitted his secret only to a Romanian student. The day Leonardo took over the company, fascinated by the great possibilities that such a good pasta offered, he set out to make it even better and dedicated himself to semolina and dough together with Pepe, the Salernitano magician of artisanal mixers. To guard one of the most intimate places of the pasta factory, he therefore put women, able to watch with infinite patience over the slow drying of pasta, and men like Erasmus and Senegalese Maurice, able to break spaghetti with the strength of your arms. The contribution of all these different people has given over time to our pasta a unique character and flavor that seems to come from afar, something special capable of conquering the world.
