Having looked at the masses of landfill created by the fashion industry, we decided to help reduce the waste by providing a collection of core, staple wardrobe pieces that will stay in your wardrobe for years to come. Cncrt London was created in 2021 to meet a requirement for timeless and enduring sustainable products, designed to last forever. The aspiration to buy less and wear more adventurously. The collection is inspired by the desire to ‘slow down’ our lives, to pause for a moment and think about how we are treating our planet and what we can do to protect it. The knitwear is produced using the Japanese Shima Seiki 3D Whole garment knitting technology so there is zero wastage of yarn and seamless knits. The yarn used is extra fine 100% non-mulesing merino wool; sheared ethically in New Zealand, spun and sustainably dyed in Italy and manufactured in the UK. The founder has love of architecture which also connects well with fashion, therefore each style has unique detailing ranging from extra wide raglan detail, architectural detail on the side of garments or neckline, extra long cuffs and intarsia branding on the back neck. CNCRT is short for concrete; building your foundation wardrobe which will form the basis of your whole lifestyle living.
