Our recipes reflect the history and culture of the American Southwest – the many cultures that have thrived there and are celebrated today. Our New Mexico BBQ Salsa uses savory roasted Hatch green Chiles and tart Tomatillos. Our Sonoran BBQ Salsa uses savory roasted Bird Pepper and Agave.
