After over 30 years in banking and finance I became a self taught chocolate maker and I enjoy experimenting with different unusual flavours so look out for more in the future. One day whilst making branded chocolates as corporate gifts I was left a card of pork crackling by a wholesaler. I decided to put a packet of crackling into one of the jugs of tempered chocolate I had lying around and Pork Crackling Chocolate was born. it premiered at my 50th Birthday party and people wanted more, so I made more and then attended a local beer festival and it sold handsomely. The original version was available through farm shops in the UK. The new version now uses crumbed pork crackling which is kinder on your teeth. It also enables me to mould the chocolate into bars so you can share the experience. each weigh about 95g.
