Today the Herboristerie du Palais Royal is considered to be one of the oldest herbal shops in France and is an essential place for those looking for natural remedies and quality medicinal plants. Its history dates back to the 17th century, when King Louis XIII created a royal garden to cultivate medicinal and aromatic plants for therapeutic purposes. Passionate about medicinal plants, Michel Pierre decided to present himself in 1972 at the Herboristerie du Palais Royal. At that time, the herbalist at the time was looking for a buyer, and it was quite natural that she chose him to succeed him and train him for several years in the profession of herbalist. Over the years, Michel Pierre maintained the traditional profession of herbalist by offering plants in all their forms (herbal tea, powder, capsule or liquid extract), then by adapting to the desires of the time with food supplements, cosmetics, a specialized bookstore... An ardent defender of herbalism, Michel Pierre fights for the use of plants to remain rooted in our cultures. With a solid reputation, the Herbalism of the Royal Palace is often nicknamed Ali Baba's cave of natural health, as it is difficult not to find happiness there.
