We work closely with talented artisans, many of whom have over five years of experience in the rattan wicker industry. While our partners may not always have formal Fair Trade certifications, we take active steps to visit and evaluate each workshop. By doing so, we ensure that our values align, and we prioritize fair wages, safe working conditions, and opportunities for skill development.
