Our winery is located in a small monastery dating back to the second half of the 18th century. Here we carry on our small project, born from passion and dedication to tradition. Our wines, in fact, are the result of the work of farmers from the past. The vineyards are almost 70 years old, which means that production is limited but of high quality. Additionally, we have kept the vineyards in their "original" state, meaning you can find different grape varieties mixed together. For this reason, we have decided not to vinify the different grape varieties separately but all together, creating multi-varietal wines.
