MADE IN ITALY. Our company was founded in 1950 in a small town on the slopes of the Etna Volcano, Belpasso, for the great passion of Pippo Russo, for the Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained with Olives of the Nocellara variety of Mount Etna. This variety is only present in the territory around the Volcano. Volcanic soils rich in minerals transmit unique characteristics to their fruits. Our oils have a medium fruity with aromas of fresh grass, tomato and artichoke, the taste is perceived a balanced bitter and spicy, due to the high content of polyphenols, with important benefits for the our health. After Pippo's death, his daughter Giusi, who grew up with the same passion as her father, decided to continue the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Today the company is equipped with the most modern technologies for the production and preservation of its oils, but continues to maintain the same love, passion and craftsmanship taught to it by his father. Even today, ours is a family business where we all share the same goal. Producing a high quality Extra Virgin Oil with the utmost respect for the health of consumers, nature and our volcano.
