Juniper berries are the backbone of any gin, but what other defining ingredients should be used to stand out? The distiller tested various peppers, ginger, chamomile, coriander, cabbage, cassia bark and so many others — they all went through the new copper pipes! Then finally the eureka moment — Priit decided to test berries that are characteristic of Nordic nature. For the sweeter undertone and uniqueness of the gin, cloudberries were the first choice.
